He might be charged with "extreme DUI," since his blood alcohol level was over 0.15. That's now an alcohol-related charge for both Pomz and White (Pomz's was eventually dismissed). I know these guys are young, but is there any chance Shaptonetti bundled these two because of character issues? I suppose we'll never know.
