Roberto Hernandez (formerly Fausto Carmona) met with the media before Sunday's game, and formally started the process of getting back into game shape by throwing a bullpen session. He has been suspended by MLB for three weeks, but he can pitch in the minor league during that time. If everything goes well, he'll start during the Boston series (August 9-12).

So ends any possibility of the Indians acquiring him.
