Though the Indians don't have a lot of power (last night's game notwithstanding), they do draw walks; they rank first in the AL in free passes. Usually walks and home runs are at least somewhat related, as pitchers tend to give batters who are known to go deep a wider berth when down in the count, but the Indians don't have many of those intimidators in their lineup.

Eagle Avenue in Cleveland to be renamed Larry Doby way

Eagle Avenue, which runs alongside Progressive Field, will be renamed Larry Doby Way tonight, honoring the man who broke the American League's color barrier 65 years ago yesterday. Doby played for the Newark Eagles in the Negro Leagues before joining the Indians in 1947, so it's very appropriate that the street that will be renamed in his honor shares a name from his past.
