Late August has descended upon us, and with it a painful certainty that this isn't next year. But every at bat is a new at bat, and every pitch is a new pitch, and tomorrow is another day. So what are some positives here?

1. Grand slam, people! Is it me, or does every Shelley Duncan home run look exactly the same? He hits balls the hardest when he has to almost fall over to even get to them.

2. Congrats to Tony Sipp for being the only Tribe pitcher to have a decent outing yesterday. He's definitely looking a lot better now than earlier in the year.

3. Jason Donald had a key hit and made a great catch. If he could be a real major league player that would be a big plus, right? Right?
