I have a confession to make. I love baseball, and I love movies, but I have seen very few baseball movies. Off the top of my head, my personal shortlist includes Major League I & II, Moneyball, a few minutes of Mr. Baseball, and pretty much nothing else. So, abusing using my unlimited, unstoppable power as the manager of this site, I figured we could start a Let’s Go Tribe movie club.
Nothing too harrowing or confusing here, we will watch a new movie each week and you can post your own reviews or thoughts in the comments. This post will just serve as an introduction, so this does not count as the first movie post. However, what movie could be more appropriate for an Indians blog than Major League?
Starting this upcoming Saturday, December 5, be sure to watch (or re-watch) Major League and let us know your thoughts in the comment of the thread that will be posted in the afternoon. In that post will also be a poll so we can determine which movie will come on December 19. Here is a list of every baseball movie I can find to add to the poll at the end of every post. If Wikipedia I missed any, let me know and I will add it!
